In case the teachers feel that the student in not working hard, creation indiscipline in the institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he\/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the CEO Sir in this regard shall be final and binding on the student. The fees will not be refunded.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>If any student absents himself\/herself for more than 15 days continuously without prior written application he\/she may be deemed to be expelled from the institute. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases. The decision of CEO sir in this regard will be final and binding on the student and parents.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>After deposting the course fee if a student becomes disinterested or fails to join the classes in the institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to takes his\/her money back the institute will neither refund nor transfer the money to some other student account. The registration money deposited towords a particular course will not be adjust against any other course and is not refundable if a student doesn\u2019t join that particular course.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examination body is that of the student himself\/herself or that of the Guardian.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>It is for the student to see wheather he\/she is eligible for a certain examiniation or not .The Institute does not hold itself responsible, if a student admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground what so ever . Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole ar any part of the fee he\/she has paid to the institute.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach photocopy of marks sheet of class X \/ XI \/XII and passport size photograph with the admission form. The Institute reserves the right to use the photographs for publicity in case the student secures position\/success in Medical Entrance Exams. The student should also staple two extra photographs with the form.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>The Parents can meet the CEO Sir or the members of the Managing Committee for any enquiry about their ward\u2019s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>Any student caught adopting unfair means during the test is liable to immediate removal from the examination hall and no refund of fees paid shall be made.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>Any change of address should be notified to the office immediately.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>Students enrolled with New Light Coaching Classes will have to provide a photo copy of Admit Card of various Medical Ent. Examination as soon as they receive their admit card from the examination body before tests on complete course during Test Series.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"service-detail_list mt-2\"><li>New Light Coaching Classes reserves its right to make any alteration in its program \/ free without any prior notice to anybody.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>In case of any dispute the place of jurisdiction will be Kanpur City.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f2ef67 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8f2ef67\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d6fc00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d6fc00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>At\u00a0<strong>New Light Institute<\/strong>, we are committed to providing quality education and ensuring student satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Below are the guidelines for our refund policy:<\/p><p><strong>(1) Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>Full Refund<\/strong>: Students are eligible for a full refund if they withdraw from the course within the first 7 days after the starting date of the course. The request must be submitted in writing.<\/li><li><strong>Partial Refund after 7 days<\/strong>:<ul><li><strong>General Studies Foundation Program<\/strong>: If a student withdraws after the commencement of the course, then they are eligible for the refund on the\u00a0<em><u>pro-rata basis<\/u><\/em>. The details of pro-rata basis are as follows:<ul><li><strong>Day 8 to Day 30<\/strong>: Maximum of 75% Refund eligible<\/li><li><strong>Day 30 to 50% course duration<\/strong>: Maximum of 50% Refund eligible<\/li><li><strong>After 50% course duration<\/strong>: Zero refund<\/li><li><strong>Note: duration is measured from the day of commencement of the course and\u00a0<em>not<\/em>\u00a0from the date of admission.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>All other courses with price above Rs 10,000 (exclusive of GST):<\/strong>\u00a0If a student withdraws after the commencement of the course, then they are eligible for the refund on the\u00a0<em><u>pro-rata basis<\/u><\/em>. The details of pro-rata basis are as follows:<ul><li><strong>Day 8 to Day 30<\/strong>: Maximum of 75% Refund eligible<\/li><li><strong>After Day 30:<\/strong>\u00a0Zero refund<\/li><li><strong>Note: duration is measured from the day of commencement of the course and\u00a0<em>not<\/em>\u00a0from the date of admission.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Zero Refund: Please note that a student is considered\u00a0<u>completely ineligible for refunds<\/u>\u00a0under following circumstances:<\/strong><ul><li>If the price of a course is\u00a0<strong>less than or equal to Rs. 10,000<\/strong>\u00a0(exclusive of GST)<\/li><li>If admission is done at a\u00a0<strong>discounted price or during promotional offers<\/strong>,<\/li><li>If admission is done with a\u00a0<strong>partial payment plan with an installment<\/strong>\u00a0facility.<\/li><li>It the course is\u00a0<strong>a transferred course<\/strong>\u00a0from some other original course.<\/li><li>If the courses are\u00a0<strong>already-recorded modules<\/strong>, then such courses are not eligible for any kind of refund.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(2) Procedure to Request a Refund<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>All refund requests must be submitted\u00a0<strong>in writing via email<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/refund@newlightinstitute.in\"><strong>refund@newlightinstitute.in<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>No request made verbally, in person, on phone call, through messages or over any social media platform will be entertained. Only duly emailed requests will be entertained.<\/li><li>The request must include the student\u2019s name, course name, date of enrolment, and the reason for requesting a refund. Also, a student must attach any additional supporting document of evidence required.<\/li><li>The date of refund request will be the date on which\u00a0<em>all<\/em>\u00a0the valid documents are received by the institute, which are needed for the approval.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(3) Processing Time<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Institute will take upto 15 days to process the request of the refund, upon complete reception of all the necessary information.<\/li><li>Thereafter, the refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the refund request approval.<\/li><li>The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(4) Non-Refundable Fees<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Registration fees, administrative charges, and any other non-tuition fees are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(5) Policy on Course Transfers:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>(a) Transfer Type<\/strong>: This policy applies to the following types of course transfers:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>From an online course to an offline course.<\/li><li>From an offline course to an online course.<\/li><li>From one course to another course.<\/li><li>From one individual to another individual.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>(b) Transfer Fee<\/strong>: Flat fee of Rs 1000 will be charged for any batch transfer and Rs 500 on test series transfer applicable only on moving from any individual test series to All\u00a0test\u00a0Series.<\/p><p><strong>(c) Payment Terms<\/strong>: The transfer fee must be paid in full at the time of the transfer request. The transfer will not be processed until the fee is received.<\/p><p><strong>(d) Non-Refundable<\/strong>: The transfer fee is non-refundable, even if the transfer is later canceled by the student.<\/p><p><strong>(e) Eligibility<\/strong>: Transfers are subject to availability and approval by the institute. The institute reserves the right to deny transfer requests based on course capacity, scheduling conflicts, or other relevant factors.<\/p><p><strong>(6) Amendments<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>LNew Light Institute reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
